Vanilla Cloud Frosting

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream


DIRECTIONS

  1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well combined. Serve.


COOK'S NOTE
This is a soft frosting meant for covering cakes and cupcakes. It is not stiff enough for piping flowers or intricate decorations. Generously frosts 30 cupcakes.
