delicious crab cake sliders drizzled with chipotle mayo


  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 ounces of jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup red peppers diced
  • ¼ cup green peppers diced
  • 1 medium egg
  • ¼ cup reduced fat mayo
  • ½ lemon juice of
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Dash of flour


  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • McCormick’s Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, with the exception of the olive oil and flour.
  2. Form the mixture into patties. Apply a dash of flour to each of the patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. When the pan is hot, place the crab cakes into the pan. Cook until brown for about 3-5 minutes each per side.
  4. Remove from pan and serve.
